That is why the QR code that brought you here is printed on a piece that is normally discarded in the box manufacturing process.
Our philosophy is to make use of all waste within possibilities, avoiding overprinting.
Now the idea is that you find another use for your box, get creative and give it some love!


In case you are not satisfied with the product or the fit … don’t worry, we will solve it. ?


1. You can change your purchase for any other product on the site, from the same collection.
2. The exchange request must be made within 30 calendar days of purchase, counted from the day you received the product.
3. Garments will be accepted only if they meet the following conditions: With intact labels, not washed, or used with the smell of stains or alteration made by the customer. It must be sent in the original packaging that was sent to you. (The idea is not to waste on extra paper or cardboard).


1. The time to make a return for a failed or incorrectly shipped product is up to 30 calendar days.
2. In case you don’t like the product, a valid credit note is returned to use on the site.


In exceptional cases, we refund the money by the means of payment that was used to pay for the purchase. To carry out this process, you must contact our managers at the online sales area to receive personalized attention by sending an email to [email protected]

    Exchanging Season Products.

    Once requesting and sending your exchange/return form, we will be contacting you within 48hs through email informing you on the availability of the desired products.
    Once having your return/exchange request confirmed, you will need to have the unwanted product packed and ready to go for when the mail service comes by your residence to pick it up and exchange it for your newly selected products. Please make sure that the items are secured and well packed.
    In the case of returns, once the request form has been sent, we will send the instructions needed to send your unwanted items to our facilities in California. Please note the international returns are not free, and we do not include a free return label for International shipments. You can return your order using any trackable postal service and you’ll need to cover the postage costs yourself. When the package arrives back to our facilities, we will then grant you back your store credit and send you a confirmation note.
    Items belonging to our «Outlet» Section can not be exchanged/returned.
