You can change or cancel an order before receiving the confirmed shipment email, and the items are still held at our facilities. Shipping Costs refunds will be returned in the following cases:

Due to COVID-19 government restrictions, we have updated our return policy and have extended our return time frame to 60 days. Please note that due to current circumstances and the importance of protecting our workers, return and exchanges can take up to 3 weeks to be processed.

In case of exchanging products with different pricing, we will offer you store credit to use when desired.
